AI Marketing Made Simple: Stop Fighting With ChatGPT and Make It Sound Like You

It's 10 pm on a Sunday. You've been staring at a blank caption for 45 minutes. You open ChatGPT, type something in, and hit generate.

"Ready to unlock your full potential and embark on this transformative journey!"

You stare at it. Delete it. Try again.

Twelve regenerations later, you're more exhausted than when you started, and you still don't have a caption. At this point, you could've written 3 of them yourself.

This is the part nobody talks about when they say "just use AI." They make it sound like you type something in and magic comes out. But if you've actually tried it, you know the reality is a lot more... frustrating.

Here's the thing, though. It's not AI's fault. And it's not yours either.

The Real Problem

The One Thing That Changes Everything

Most people treat AI like Google. Type a question, get an answer, edit it to death, give up.

The problem is, AI doesn't know you. It doesn't know your audience. It doesn't know you'd never say "unlock your potential" or "leverage your synergies" because that's just not how you talk to people.

So it defaults to generic. Corporate. The kind of content that sounds like it was written by someone who has never actually met your ideal client.

What fixes this isn't a better prompt. It's a voice profile.

Think of it like onboarding a new team member. You wouldn't hand someone your laptop and say, "Write some captions, good luck." You'd sit down with them, show them examples of what you love and what makes you cringe, explain who your audience is and what keeps them up at night, and walk them through your whole vibe.

AI works exactly the same way. You teach it once, and everything after that starts sounding like you.

Schedule with a purpose

What a Voice Profile Actually Looks Like

It doesn't have to be complicated. Five minutes is genuinely enough.

You're essentially creating a simple prompt that tells AI how you talk, what words you use, and which ones you'd never touch, what your audience struggles with, and what your style looks like. Short punchy sentences or longer storytelling? Questions or statements? Warm and casual or more polished?

Once you have that, you paste it in before every request. And suddenly the output sounds like a first draft instead of something you have to completely rewrite from scratch.

That's the shift. From "this is creating more work" to "okay, I can actually use this."

What Becomes Possible After That

Once AI actually sounds like you, batching content stops being a dreaded three-hour ordeal and starts being something you can actually do in a single sitting.

Here's what it can look like. You sit down once, paste in your voice profile, and ask AI to generate 10 hooks based on your audience's biggest struggles. You pick the three that resonate, build captions around them, and you've got content for the next two weeks drafted in about 90 minutes.

One blog post becomes a carousel. A carousel becomes three captions. A caption becomes an email. You're not creating from scratch every single time; you're working smarter with what you already have.

No more 11 pm panic posts. No more staring at a blank screen on Sunday night. Just a system that runs so you don't have to.

The Client Moment I Keep Thinking About

I've been building these AI systems for clients for the past year. Same setup every time. Same five-minute voice profile.

One client came to me saying she genuinely hated creating content. It was the thing she dreaded most about running her business.

After we set up her system together, she messaged me to say she'd batched two weeks of content in under an hour, and it actually sounded like her.

That's the whole point. Not AI for the sake of AI. AI that actually works for the way you run your business.

Want to build this together?

I'm teaching this live in a free three-day workshop, AI Marketing Made Simple, March 17-19.

Day 1: We build your voice profile and test it until it actually sounds like you.

Day 2: You create two full weeks of content.

Day 3: We set up your email system and follow-up sequences in your voice.

By the end of the week, your marketing is done, and it sounds like you wrote every word of it.

Grab your free spot at the link below. I'd love to see you there. 🐯

March 17-19. Three sessions. Live.
